Privacy Policy

• Details you give us during onboarding — height, current weight, goal weight, date of birth, fitness level, focus areas and the equipment you own. This is what the plan is built from; without it there is no plan.
• Health and activity data — weigh-ins, calories, water, steps and completed workouts. If you connect Apple Health, we read only the categories you approve and you can revoke that in iOS Settings at any time.
• Food photographs — images you scan are processed to estimate calories and macros. Camera access is requested only when you open the scanner.
• Account and billing — your email address, and subscription status received from Apple or Google. We never receive or store your card details.
• Device and usage data — device model, OS version, app version, crash reports and which screens are used, to fix faults and prioritise work.

To build and adjust your plan, to sync your progress across your devices, to provide support, to process and restore subscriptions, and to keep the app working. Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your health data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your food photographs or weight history to target advertising.

Only processors who need it to run the service — cloud hosting, crash reporting, analytics, email delivery and payment reconciliation with Apple and Google. Each is bound by contract to use the data solely on our instructions.

For as long as your account exists. Delete your account and we erase your personal and health data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records for tax purposes.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Write to privacy@leanera.fit and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

LeanEra is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy materially we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
